This warm bowl of oats is creamy, satisfying and crave-worthy. I bumped up the protein and fiber by adding heart-healthy nuts and berries.

This recipe makes 1 serving
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup berries
- 2 tablespoons nuts (chopped walnuts, almonds or peanuts)
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 dash cinnamon (optional)
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup (optional)
Cook the rolled oats according to package instructions (using water). Add the raspberries, vanilla extract, nuts, optional cinnamon and optional maple syrup. If you prefer your oatmeal a bit creamier, add a dash of desired milk.
*Add 20 calories if you mix in a teaspoon of maple syrup, honey or brown sugar.
