My family went NUTS over this yummy take on key lime pie. Unlike the traditional version, which comes with a 500-calorie price tag, this tasty treat is just 150 calories. It’s also packed with protein and really easy to whip up in a flash.

This recipe makes 1 serving
Ingredients:
  • • One 5- to 6-ounce container nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • • Juice of 4 key limes or 1 regular lime*
  • • 1½ teaspoons sugar
  • • 1 graham cracker square, crushed
  • • 1 slice lime (optional)

*This equates to about 2 tablespoons.

Preparation:

Mix the yogurt, key lime juice, and sugar in a small bowl.

Sprinkle the crushed graham cracker crumbs on top.

Garnish with the slice of lime, if desired.
