Key Lime Pie Pudding

This pie-inspired pudding is cool, creamy, tangy, and topped with graham cracker crumbs for a high-protein, spoonable twist on the classic dessert.

Ingredients
 

  • 1 (5 to 6-ounce) container non-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 4 key limes or 1 regular lime, juiced, about 2 tablespoons
  • 1 ½ teaspoons sugar
  • 1 graham cracker square, crushed
  • 1 slice lime, optional

Instructions
 

  • Mix the yogurt, key lime juice, and sugar in a small bowl.
  • Sprinkle the crushed graham cracker crumbs on top.
  • Garnish with the slice of lime, if desired.
