Key Lime Pie Pudding
My family loves this take on key lime pie. It’s a creamy, pudding-like spin, with far less sugar than the classic. Plus, it’s packed with protein and is super simple to whip up (no oven required!). I love that you can enjoy it any number of ways… as a better-for-you dessert, a fuss-free snack or even a nutritious breakfast. How will you dig in?

Love this (and you❣️) can I substitute anything for the granulated sugar ?
Awww, thanks Debbie! You can swap the sugar for maple syrup, honey… or if you’re looking for a no-calorie sugar substitute, I recommend stevia or monk fruit (these two can be potent, so start with just a dash)
