My family loves this take on key lime pie. It’s a creamy, pudding-like spin, with far less sugar than the classic. Plus, it’s packed with protein and is super simple to whip up (no oven required!). This recipe makes 1 serving
- • One 5- to 6-ounce container non-fat plain Greek yogurt
- • Juice of 4 key limes or 1 regular lime (about 2 tablespoons)
- • 1½ teaspoons sugar
- • 1 graham cracker square, crushed
- • 1 slice lime (optional)
Mix the yogurt, key lime juice, and sugar in a small bowl.
Sprinkle the crushed graham cracker crumbs on top.
Garnish with the slice of lime, if desired.
