Chocolate LaCroix NiCola Egg Cream
This drink tastes like a delicious egg cream, complete with the foamy head. It’s so easy to make and delivers rich flavor and a slight jolt (plus health perks), thanks to the cocoa. And instead of standard “Brooklyn-style seltzer,” I swap in a LaCola (cola-flavored) LaCroix Sparkling Water, which is naturally essenced and sooo good!

Chocolate LaCroix NiCola Egg Cream

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
- ⅓ teaspoon maple syrup, optional
- 1 cup of LaCroix NiCola LaCola
Instructions
- In a bowl or the bottom of a glass, whisk together the cocoa powder with the almond milk and maple syrup, if using, until completely smooth. Pour over the NiCola and stir gently to combine.
