Attention coffee connoisseurs, this recipe is for you. It’s a sparkling treat made with coffee and cocoa and it features LaCroix’s Nicola Coffea Exotica. It’s sort of like a mocha version of a Brooklyn-style chocolate egg cream with a fun, foamy finish. Grab your straw and sip away!​

This recipe makes 1 mocha delight
  • ¼ cup chilled almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • ½ to 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1 can (12 ounces) LaCroix Nicola Coffee Exotica

Add chilled almond milk, cocoa powder and maple syrup to a glass and stir well (or whisk together using a small whisk); combine until smooth. Open up a very cold can of LaCroix Nicola Coffee Exotica and pour ½ to 1 cup into the glass. Go slowly as you’ll get loads of bubbles. Add the remaining LaCroix as the bubbles die down. Enjoy!
