Mint Paloma

Meet your new favorite cocktail; it features sweet and juicy pink grapefruit, aromatic mint leaves, and smooth tequila.

Ingredients
 

  • 8 fresh mint leaves
  • ½ pink grapefruit, sectioned, skin and flesh removed
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 ounce tequila, 2 tablespoons
  • 3 to 5 ice cubes
  • ½ cup club soda

Instructions
 

  • To the bottom of the glass, add whole mint leaves, grapefruit sections and lime juice. Use a muddler or the back of a spoon to gently crush ingredients and release the fruit’s juices. Add the tequila, ice cubes and club soda. Give it a good stir and enjoy!
