It’s a perfect way to treat yourself to something special when you’re sipping solo or clinking glasses with a friend. And if you’re serving a crowd, you can make a great big batch and pour from a large pitcher.

Mint Paloma
Meet your new favorite cocktail; it features sweet and juicy pink grapefruit, aromatic mint leaves, and smooth tequila.
Ingredients
- 8 fresh mint leaves
- ½ pink grapefruit, sectioned, skin and flesh removed
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 ounce tequila, 2 tablespoons
- 3 to 5 ice cubes
- ½ cup club soda
Instructions
- To the bottom of the glass, add whole mint leaves, grapefruit sections and lime juice. Use a muddler or the back of a spoon to gently crush ingredients and release the fruit’s juices. Add the tequila, ice cubes and club soda. Give it a good stir and enjoy!
