This quick recipe is a cinch to whip up and is perfectly portioned, so you don’t have to share. It’s your very own mint chip fro-yo COOKIE 😉
Ingredients
- 5 ounce single container vanilla Greek yogurt, 2%
- Drop of mint extract
- 1 Tablespoon semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- In the yogurt container, mix in a few drops of mint extract.* On a lined baking sheet, pour yogurt and spread it into a circle. Sprinkle on chocolate chips, and freeze for about 4 hours.
- * Start with just a drop of extract, mix, and taste; adjust depending upon how strong a mint taste you want. Go slow because it’s potent, and you can go from zero to ten in no time!
