Looking for a summery spin on the usual cocktail sauce? Make my sweet and spicy mango version. Perfect for dipping shrimp or really whatever your heart desires.

Ingredients
 

  • ¾ cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup lemon juice, juice of about one lemon
  • ¼ teaspoon lemon zest
  • 3 Tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 1 mango, diced
  • ½ teaspoon Sriracha or tabasco sauce

Instructions
 

  • Add ingredients to a blender or food processor, and blend until smooth.
