This tea is light and refreshing—and perfect for citrus lovers like me. If you prefer more ginger, simply add a few slices of fresh ginger root (or a dash or ground ginger) right into the steeping tea and then strain before adding to the pitcher. I often double and triple the recipe because we go through it so quickly in my house.

Lemon Ginger Sparkling Iced Tea

This tea is light and refreshing—and perfect for citrus lovers like me. If you prefer more ginger, simply add a few slices of fresh ginger root.

Ingredients
 

  • 4 lemon ginger tea bags
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 lemons, sliced
  • 2 cans LaCroix Lemon Sparking Water, (2 cans)

Instructions
 

  • Steep tea bags in boiling water for about 5 minutes. Remove tea bags and pour the flavored tea into a pitcher filled with ice and plenty of lemon slices. Stash in fridge to chill.
  • When you’re ready for a drink, pour ½ to 1 cup into a glass and top it off with LaCroix Lemon Sparking water. Garnish with lemon slices. (Add an optional teaspoon of honey if you’re craving something sweet for an extra 20 calories and 4 g sugar.)
