Ingredients
 

  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1 clove garlic, smashed
  • Optional herbs and spices: rosemary, parsley, thyme, etc.

Instructions
