Lemon Dill Yogurt Dip

Ingredients
 

  • ½ cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt or lite sour cream
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons fresh chopped dill, or ½ to 1 teaspoon dried dill

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients together and enjoy. If you’d like, add more lemon juice and dill, along with preferred seasoning.
