This is my go-to topper whenever something needs an extra touch of flavor. It pairs perfectly with crunchy crudités or you can use it as a topping on poached salmon or my vegetable frittata muffins.

This recipe makes 4 servings
- • 1/2 cup nonfat or low-fat plain Greek yogurt
- • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- • 1 to 2 teaspoons fresh chopped dill (or ½ to 1 teaspoon dried dill)
Mix together yogurt, lemon juice, and dill until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
A serving is 2 tablespoons
