This is my go-to topper whenever something needs an extra touch of flavor and flair. It pairs perfectly with crunchy crudités or you can use it as a topping on roast salmon or egg frittatas. You can easily intensify the flavor by adding more lemon juice and fresh chopped dill. Taste and tweak until it hits the spot!

This recipe makes ½ cup
- • ½ cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt or lite sour cream
- • 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- • 2 teaspoons fresh chopped dill (or ½ to 1 teaspoon dried dill)
Mix all ingredients together and enjoy. If you’d like, add more lemon juice and dill, along with preferred seasoning.
A serving is 2 tablespoons
