As the snow keeps falling in New York… I keep the mocktails coming! I’m taking full advantage of hunkering down and creating mouthwatering drinks to enjoy. I’m head over heels in love with this new creation: a Key Lime Pie mocktail featuring LaCroix Sparkling Water. It’s so light and lovely… and will tickle your taste buds. Crushed graham cracker around the rim is optional, but it sure adds a dash of flavorful fun. While the recipe calls for your fave milk creamer, I love using a plant-based alternative like oat or almond.

This recipe makes 1 serving
  • • 4 ounces 100% pineapple juice
  • • 2 ounces lime juice
  • • 6 ounces KeyLime LaCroix
  • • 1 ounce milk creamer of choice
  • • 5-6 ice cubes
  • • Graham cracker, crushed (optional)

Wet the rim of a glass with water. Dip the rim in a shallow plate of crushed graham cracker.

Add ice to a glass, then pineapple juice and lime juice. Top it off with KeyLime LaCroix and milk creamer.
