As far as cocktails go, this one has a lot to offer. The red wine contains disease-fighting antioxidants and the sliced fruit kicks in a dose of fiber. Top each glass with a generous splash of seltzer to dilute the calories and so you can savor the drink a little longer.

- • 1 bottle of red wine
- • ¾ cup 100% orange juice
- • ¼ cup orange liqueur
- • 1 orange, sliced
- • 1 green apple, sliced
- • 1 pear, sliced
- • Cinnamon stick
- • 16 ounces flavored seltzer (pomegranate, cranberry or orange)
In a pitcher, combine the wine, orange juice, orange liqueur, fresh fruit slices and cinnamon. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Pour into glasses and finish with 2 ounces seltzer per glass for a fizzy finale.
