Hi-Biscus Matcha Mocktail 

This drink is Wicked cool… it’s the Elphaba of mocktails. 😉 It’s refreshingly light and boasts antioxidants to boot.

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients
 

  • ¼ freshly grated ginger
  • ½ cup white grape juice
  • ¼ teaspoon matcha powder
  • ½ can LaCroix Hi-Biscus Sparkling Water
  • Handful of raspberries
  • Handful of blackberries
  • 1 Tablespoon freeze-dried raspberries, crushed into powder, optional
  • 1 lime wedge, optional

Instructions
 

  • Add ginger, white grape juice, matcha powder and LaCroix to a blender and process until well-combined. Place ice and berries in a tall glass and add the blended mixture.
  • Optional for extra pizzaz, before adding the matcha-grape-ginger mixture to your drinking glass, wet the outside rim of the glass with a lime wedge and roll outer rim in crushed freeze-dried raspberries. Makes it extra pretty!
