Fiery Nectarine Chutney
Serve as a dip with crudités and baked tortilla chips, or spoon a few tablespoons over grilled fish, poultry, or veggie burgers.
Ingredients
- 2 large nectarines, finely chopped with skin
- 1 large red bell pepper, chopped
- ½ cup chopped red onion
- 4 teaspoons chopped jalapeño, wear plastic gloves when handling
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 2 teaspoons sugar, optional
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
- ¼ teaspoon ground allspice
- ¼ teaspoon Kosher salt
Instructions
- In medium bowl, stir together the nectarines, bell pepper, onion, jalapeño, lime juice, orange juice, sugar if you like, ginger, allspice, and salt. Refrigerate until serving time.
