Fiery Nectarine Chutney

Ingredients
 

  • 2 large nectarines, finely chopped with skin
  • 1 large red bell pepper, chopped
  • ½ cup chopped red onion
  • 4 teaspoons chopped jalapeño, wear plastic gloves when handling
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 2 teaspoons sugar, optional
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon ground allspice
  • ¼ teaspoon Kosher salt

Instructions
 

  • In medium bowl, stir together the nectarines, bell pepper, onion, jalapeño, lime juice, orange juice, sugar if you like, ginger, allspice, and salt. Refrigerate until serving time.
