This recipe makes 1 serving
- 1 egg
- 1 slice of whole grain toast
Preheat oven to 425° F and coat baking sheet with oil spray. Using a fun shaped cookie cutter, make a hole in the middle of the slice of bread and place bread on baking sheet. Bake for a few minute, until bread is lightly toasted. Then, carefully crack an egg into the center and bake it for another ten minutes, or until the whites are set.
