When the fall comes around, so does Pumpkin Pie Spice-flavored goodies—everything from lattes to oatmeal to cookies and more—and I couldn’t be more thrilled. You can pick up a spice blend in the store or make your own. Here’s a quick and easy recipe you can throw together in no time at all and enjoy all yearlong.

This recipe makes 5 servings (1 teaspoon each)
  • • 3 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • • 2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
  • • 1 teaspoon ground allspice
  • • 1 teaspoon ground cloves

In a small container, combine all spices and mix well. Seal container and store until needed. Use in oatmeal, lattes, ice cream and other delicious recipes.

Make use of this scrumptious mix in my Pumpkin Ice Cream. Or try making another tasty seasoning: Taco Seasoning Blend.
