Dash Everything But the Salt Dip
Dip lovers, make sure to bookmark this recipe! It’s thick and creamy with a tangy finish. Plus, it’s flavored with everyone’s favorite Everything Bagel Seasoning blend sans the salt (Dash’s rendition is always in my pantry).

You can serve it right away, but it’s best if it sits in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to allow the dry spices to blend and bolden the taste. Just remember to give it a quick mix, once you’re ready to serve (especially if you’ve made it a day or two in advance). It’s yummy served with sturdy veggies, like cucumbers, celery, peppers, carrots, radishes, baby tomatoes, and snap peas. You can also play off of an “everything bagel with cream cheese” theme and use thinly sliced whole-grain bagel chips for dipping. And of course, you can’t go wrong with pretzels, breadsticks, or crackers.

Dash Everything But the Salt Dip
Ingredients
- ⅓ to ½ cup feta cheese, finely crumbled
- ½ cup light sour cream
- 1 cup nonfat or low-fat Greek-style plain yogurt, thicker brands works best
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons Dash Everything But the Salt seasoning blend
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together, feta, sour cream, yogurt, and lemon juice. Mix in Dash seasoning and stir until well combined. Serve with crudité or whole-grain chips.
