Cucumbers are one of the all-time best foods for fighting uncomfortable bloat because they’re loaded with water and naturally low in sodium. Plus, they’re a terrific calorie bargain: you can gobble up an entire cucumber for just 45 calories. Greek yogurt is another healing food, featured in my new book, Joy’s Simple Food Remedies, for its ability to fight belly fat, among other ailments. Enjoy this delicious dip with sliced cucumbers for some added crunch.
