Cucumbers are one of the all-time best foods for fighting uncomfortable bloat because they’re loaded with water, are naturally low in sodium and contain potassium, which acts like an anti-sodium by reducing water retention. And you’ll enjoy a double dose of bloat-fighting power with this scrumptious recipe because I mix shredded cucumbers into the dip and I use rounds for dipping.
