  • 6 ounces nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup shredded cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 pinch garlic powder, optional

Instructions
