Kiwi Cucumber Spa Water
Adding fruit to sparkling water infuses your glass with extra flavor and gives you a double dose of hydration.

thin slices hot house cucumber or other cucumber variety

kiwi

peeled and thinly sliced

thin slices of fresh lime

seeded

lime-flavored sparkling water
▢
Mint or basil for garnish

Instructions
Place the cucumber, kiwi, and lime in the bottom of a large drinking glass.
With the back of a wooden spoon, gently crush the ingredients for about 20 seconds, releasing their essential oils and juices.
Pour over the lime-sparkling water and top with ice if desired. Add herbs for garnish.
