Cottage Cheese Bell Pepper Boats (15g Protein!)
Ingredients
- 1 bell pepper
- ½ cup cottage cheese
- Everything bagel seasoning, paprika, fresh herbs, or your favorite seasoning blend, optional
Instructions
- Cut the bell pepper into quarters and top each piece with 2 tablespoons of cottage cheese.
- Finish with everything bagel seasoning, paprika, fresh herbs, or your favorite seasoning blend.
