This recipe makes ~6-8 clementine heart
Ingredients:
  • 2 clementines, peeled and segmented
  • • ½ cup chocolate chips, melted*
  • • Freeze-dried strawberries, crushed, optional
Preparation:

Cut the ends off of two clementine slices, connect slices with a toothpick to form a heart.

Drizzle ~1 teaspoon melted chocolate over the top and sprinkle on crushed freeze-dried strawberries if desired. Refrigerate for 15 minutes or until chocolate has hardened.
