Healthy Chicken Caesar Wrap (with Avocado Caesar Dressing)
This wrap has it all—the perfect ratio of creaminess, crunchiness, and chicken-cheesy goodness. It’s full of protein and fiber and comes in a tightly wrapped tortilla. A few prep pointers: You can use store-bought or leftover chicken, swap in any preferred lettuce, and select a tortilla that suits your eating style (whole wheat, low-carb, gluten-free, etc).

A wrap is one of my all-time favorite meals — it’s everything you love about a great salad, but without the fork, the bowl, or the juggling act. A whole-grain tortilla acts like the perfect cozy blanket, tucking in all that crunch, creaminess, and satisfaction so you can grab it, go, and enjoy every bite. And in this case, there’s a whole lot of goodness bundled inside.
More wraps to try
If wraps are a regular part of your routine (same here!), you’ll love exploring the rest of my go-to lineup. Try my Caprese Caesar Wrap, Smashed Avocado Wrap, Low-Carb Omelet Wrap, California Turkey Wrap, or my Chipotle Pulled Chicken Wrap— they’re quick to assemble, easy to customize, and perfect when you want something satisfying without turning on the stove.
The real wrap star is the creamy Avocado Caesar Dressing— an easy toss-in-the-blender situation, and you can stash leftovers in the fridge for a few days. It’s easy to get all wrapped up in this scrumptious sammie. It’s silky smooth and packed with all the Caesar notes we adore, only lighter and more nourishing thanks to the avocado base.
More ways to use this avocado caesar dressing
This silky avocado Caesar isn’t just for wraps — it’s a total kitchen workhorse. Toss it with tender penne noodles, crisp romaine for a Creamy Caesar Pasta Salad. Spoon it over a hearty bowl, drizzle it onto roast chicken or shrimp, or use it to brighten roasted veggies like broccoli, cauliflower, or Brussels sprouts. It doubles as a dipping sauce for crisp veggies, makes a fantastic spread for sandwiches and flatbreads, and instantly upgrades any green salad when you want something rich, tangy, and satisfying without the heaviness of traditional Caesar.
Why you’ll crave this wrap
- Great for meal prep: Extra dressing lasts several days, making grab-and-go lunches a breeze.
- Handheld Caesar bliss: All the classic Caesar crunch and creaminess— no fork needed.
- Velvety avocado dressing: Silky-smooth and nourishing, with big Parm energy.
- Hearty and energizing: Lean chicken + wholesome fats + crisp greens = the perfect anytime meal.

Joy,
What is the significance of the asterisk (*) after the tortilla wrap?
Thanks!
Warmly,
Julie Marshall
Hi Julie, great catch! That asterisk was meant to point out that the nutrition information reflects a whole grain tortilla that contains 100 calories. We’ve added that detail to the recipe, and we appreciate you taking the time to reach out so we could update and include the info!

The dressing is fantastic! It was a bit of a mess as a wrap so tomorrow I’m using a whole grain pita cut in half. I used rotisserie chicken a d romaine lettuce which was nice ad crunchy. I’m sure I’ll be making this again and again – it’s a perfect lunch. For dinner I’m thinking as a salad with grilled salmon would be fantastic!
Hi Jill, so glad you enjoyed the dressing and we love your idea to try it in a pita! We’re thrilled to hear this has become a regular in your recipe rotation!

Love this dressing & wrap idea But way too high in Sodium
Hi Stephanie!! We hope you’ll give this recipe a shot! If you leave out the salt in the dressing and the sodium goes way down. Enjoy! — Eliza (Team Joy)
