  • • 2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese
  • • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 2-3 tablespoons Caesar dressing

Caesar Dressing

  • • ¼ cup grated Parmesan
  • • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • • ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard

  • • ½ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • • 1 teaspoon anchovy paste (optional)
  • • 6 tablespoons water

Preparation:

Make the dressing

Place all dressing ingredients in a food processor or powerful blender and mix until thoroughly combined and smooth. (You’ll use ~3 tablespoons of dressing in each wrap. Place the rest in a covered container and store in refrigerator for a few days.)

Build your wrap

In a large bowl, make the filling by combining the chicken, lettuce, Parmesan cheese, and 1 to 2 tablespoons of Caesar dressing. Spread another 1 tablespoon of the dressing on the wrap, then spoon the filling down the center of each wrap. Roll up and enjoy!
