Chaos Calmer Tea

Soothe away stress with this relaxing brew. The active ingredient is chamomile tea, which may help you feel calm and more at ease.

Ingredients
 

  • ½ cup apple cider
  • 1 bag chamomile tea
  • 1 slice lemon peel
  • 1 whole cinnamon stick

Instructions
 

  • Combine the cider and 1/2 cup water in a mug, and heat in the microwave for 2 minutes, or until simmering.
  • Add the chamomile tea bag, lemon peel, and cinnamon stick, and steep for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bag and cinnamon stick, and enjoy!
