The idea was born in Stockbridge, a town in the Berkshiresβhence its name. Itβs a delicious, crowd-pleasing cocktail or a mouthwatering any-time-of-day mocktail. Grab a glass and get ready to sip.

Berkshire Iced Tea
Beat the bloat (and the heat) by staying hydrated with this refreshing beverage.
Ingredients
- 1 lemon-ginger tea bag
- ΒΌ cup 100% grapefruit juice
- 1 tablespoon vodka
- 1 tablespoon rum
- 1 sprig mint, optional
Instructions
- Place the tea bag in 1 cup of boiling water and steep for 5 minutes. Remove tea bag and allow tea to cool in fridge.
- Once cool, mix in the grapefruit juice, vodka, and rum.
- Stir and add ice.
- Garnish with grapefruit wedge and mint, if desired.

Note: Nix the vodka and rum for a tasty non-alcoholic drink thatβs only 25 calories.
