This sweet, creamy shake is the perfect blend of slow-release carbs, high-quality protein, and healthy fats to get your body running on all cylinders.

Ingredients
 

  • 1 large banana, sliced into rounds and frozen
  • 2 tablespoons natural almond butter, may substitute any nut or seed butter of choice
  • 6 ounces nonfat vanilla yogurt*
  • 1 cup fat-free milk
  • 3 – 5 ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine all of the ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into two glasses and serve.
