Balsamic Popcorn

Ingredients
 

  • 1 tablespoon good-quality, thick, aged balsamic vinegar (or a thinner balsamic vinegar, reduced)
  • 4 cups light popcorn, air-popped or any store-bought light brand

Instructions
 

  • Drizzle 1 to 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar over the top of popcorn.
  • (Or reduce 4 tablespoons of thinner balsamic vinegar by bringing to a boil over medium heat, then lowering heat to a simmer for 2 to 4 minutes, until it thickens. Drizzle over popcorn.)
