On this week’s episode, I featured dishes that are filled with flavor but light on sodium. One of my salt-slashing strategies: Rely on DASH salt-free seasonings, like their “Everything but the Salt” blend. It’s one of the stars in my creamy feat dip, which pairs perfectly with my homemade EBTS Tortilla Chips. I also whipped up a large pot of warm and soothing Chicken and Vegetable Soup…along with oven-roasted chicken fingers (these are so simple and packed with protein and flavor).
