Episode 35: Cold- and Flu-Fighting Foods

Cold and flu season is right around the corner. On average, adults suffer two to three cases of the common cold each year (and kids log even more). That’s nothing to sneeze at since it takes a good week or so to recover from a cold. And of course, the flu is even worse. But there’s good news: Certain foods and seasonings can help support a healthy immune system.
