On this week’s show, we covered all things “A” to celebrate April. We started with Roasted Asparagus topped with Crispy Parmesan—so easy to make at home. Then we whipped up a quick and tasty Artichoke Broccoli Dip, swapping in broccoli for spinach in the popular dish. We rounded it out with an Artichoke Salsa, a fiber-filled spin on the classic.
