Load up on produce

Stock up on the most water-rich veggies: Cucumbers, eggplant, celery, tomato, spinach, bell peppers, eggplant, cauliflower and broccoli. And don’t forget about the most water-packed fruits: watermelon, strawberries, grapefruit, cantaloupe, peaches, pineapple, raspberries, orange, blueberries. You can enjoy the fruit options raw or I like to freeze drop them into beverages for a double dose of hydration in the warm summer months.
