Meatballs are a food I tend to make over and over, and because they’re like a blank canvas, you can use them to create tons of tasty variations. In this version, I’ve packed all the flavors of fall (think: sweet cinnamon, woody nutmeg, mild and creamy pumpkin) into these bite-sized beauties. Serve them as an app at get-togethers, alongside spaghetti (or spaghetti squash) for dinner or load them onto a whole grain roll to create a mouthwatering meatball hero.
