Cheesecake is a dessert-lover’s dream—rich, creamy, and insanely indulgent. And there are so many mouthwatering options to choose from: You can go plain-Jane, or enjoy with chocolate chip or jammy strawberry or blueberry. Then, there’s pumpkin cheesecake, which is usually sold in stores for just a short time, making it extra special. I whip up my own mini version—they’re almost too cute to eat.
