Raw and Cruciferous Vegetables

Does your stomach start rumbling after you nibble crudités, eat a salad, or help yourself to a side of steamed broccoli? All raw vegetables are prime suspects when trying to identify which foods may be bad for your bowels. In addition, cruciferous veggies like broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage and Brussels sprouts, are especially problematic and can spell trouble even when cooked.
