Yummy Yoga Zen Cocktail

Here’s a delicate cocktail that’ll help you feel calm and centered, thanks to its star ingredient chamomile tea.
Yield: 1 cocktail
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients
 

  • ½ cup brewed chamomile tea, chilled (keep tea bag in cup)
  • 1 ounce whiskey
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 thick lemon peel twisted
  • Ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Brew a chamomile tea bag in ½ cup boiling water and let chill in fridge (with tea bag in).
  • To a cocktail glass, add the brewed, chilled tea and its bag, along with the whiskey, honey and lemon juice and mix. Twist in the lemon peel to release its oils. Add some ice and enjoy.
