- 1/2 teaspoons ground turmeric
- 3 tablespoons white vinegar
- dash of ground black pepper
Simmer a pot of water on the stove, then add the turmeric and white vinegar. Crack an egg into a small bowl and then carefully transfer the egg into the pot of water. Let the egg poach for about 3 to 5 minutes.
