This simple wrap is perfect for packing lunch on hectic mornings.

Ingredients
 

  • 3 slices turkey
  • 1 slice reduced-fat Swiss cheese
  • ½ cup baby spinach leaves
  • 1 tablespoon spicy mustard
  • 1 whole-wheat wrap, 100-calorie, high-fiber

Instructions
 

  • Spread wrap with spicy mustard. Roll turkey, cheese and baby spinach leaves in wrap.
