This six-ingredient dressing (that’s including salt and pepper) is simple to make and dramatically lighter than your typical store-bought bottle. It’s one of my favorite salad toppers, but it also makes a terrific sandwich spread. I hope you’ll try it with my health-ified Turkey Reuben.

This recipe makes 6 servings
Ingredients:
  • • ½ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • • 2 tablespoons pickle relish or minced pickles
  • • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • • ¾ teaspoon kosher salt or coarse sea salt
  • • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Preparation:

Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and stir to combine.

Drizzle it on this Classic Cobb Salad!
