Thousand Island Dressing

This six-ingredient dressing (that’s including salt and pepper) is simple to make and dramatically lighter than your typical store-bought bottle.

Ingredients
 

  • ½ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons pickle relish or minced pickles
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ¾ teaspoon kosher salt or coarse sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and stir to combine.
