Gobble, gobble, gobble. If you’re looking for a festive, delicious, and adorable dessert this Thanksgiving, look no further. The turkey always takes center table at our gathering and now this sweet spin will be the star of our dessert table, too—move over pecan pie, there’s a new treat in town.

This recipe makes 5 strawberries
  • • 5 large strawberries, green stems intact
  • • 10 blueberries
  • • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • • 5 thin pretzel sticks, broken in half

Wash strawberries and blueberries, and pat dry. Place a blueberry on either side of the strawberry and pierce with a pretzel stick to hold in place.

Add chocolate to a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 20-second intervals, stopping and stirring between, until the chocolate is fully melted and velvety smooth. Cover each strawberry in melted chocolate (using a pastry brush or spoon) and place on a plate. Freeze for at least 45 minutes until the chocolate is firm.

Nutrition provided for 1 strawberry turkey.
