Taste of the Tropics Cereal Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 cup mini shredded wheat
- ¼ cup chopped pineapple
- ¼ cup chopped mango
- 1 tablespoon cashew butter, or nut butter of choice*
- 1 tablespoon coconut flakes
- ¾ cup almond milk, or any milk of choice
Instructions
- Pour the shredded wheat into a bowl and add the fruit. Finish it off by drizzling on the cashew butter and sprinkling the coconut flakes over the top. Pour on your milk of choice and enjoy!

I’m just wondering if “the nut butter in the microwave for 40 seconds” approximately, tip is a typo. 40 seconds for 1 tablespoon of nut butter?
Hi Karen! It really depends on the microwave and the type of nut butter. It may only take a couple of seconds for you to get that super runny, drizzle-able nut butter in your microwave, but also may take a bit more time for others! Thanks for pointing this out. — Eliza (Team Joy)
