Creamy Tahini Dressing
When I say this Creamy Tahini Dressing can do it all—I mean it.

It’s rich, nutty, and silky-smooth, with just the right punch of lemon and a subtle garlicky kick. I try to keep a jar in my fridge at all times because it makes everything taste better—salads, grain bowls, roasted veggies, even turkey burgers or zucchini fritters.
It stars tahini (I’m sure you figured that out!) which is made of hulled, toasted sesame seeds (sold in the condiment or international foods section of most markets), along with a dash of extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and smoked paprika. The result: a flavorful accompaniment for a wide variety of Mediterranean dishes.

This version is extra easy, calling for garlic powder instead of garlic cloves (no chopping needed!) and warm water to help it blend seamlessly into a pourable, creamy consistency. And if you want to switch things up, you can absolutely stir in a sprinkle of cumin or another favorite spice for added depth, or fresh herbs like dill or parsley for a bright, green twist.

I have a few other saucy tahini recipes you should try: my Ginger-Turmeric Tahini Dressing and Chipotle Tahini Dressing. And if you’re looking for more delicious sauces to keep in your rotation, you’ll love my Avocado Caesar Dressing, Creamy Peanut Sauce, Green Goddess, and Greek Yogurt Ranch—each one is healthy, versatile, and super easy to make.
