This is one first date you won’t forget! My Strawberry Cheesecake Dates have all the characteristics you’ve been looking for: sweet, low-maintenance, and unforgettable. They’re also ready in seconds, do not require baking, and call for just three ingredients. Bonus: it’s easy to scale up or down depending on how many you need to make—for example, you can use 1 tablespoon each of cream cheese and chopped strawberries for a mini portion of just 4 stuffed dates. The crushed graham cracker is optional…but is it really?! And I highly recommend this simple strawberry glaze to intensify the fruity deliciousness. Move over glazed donuts, glazed dates are where it’s at.
