Strawberry Banana Frozen Yogurt (using the Ninja Creami)
This easy and delicious Ninja Creami recipe spins strawberry, banana, and Greek yogurt into a perfectly scoopable frozen treat.
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 ripe banana
- 1¼ cups 2% Greek yogurt
- ½ cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon nut butter, optional
Instructions
- Add the strawberries, banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, vanilla, maple syrup, and optional nut butter (if using) to a high-speed blender. Blend until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container. Tap gently on the counter to release any air bubbles, then secure the lid and freeze on a level surface for at least 12 hours, or until fully solid.
- Remove the pint from the freezer, take off the lid, and place it into the Ninja Creami. Process using the Lite Ice Cream setting.
- If the center looks crumbly or powdery after the first spin, add 1–2 tablespoons almond milk directly into the pint and hit Re-Spin. This usually transforms the texture into ultra-creamy perfection.
- Scoop and enjoy right away, or smooth the top, replace the lid, and refreeze for later.
