Total Time: 12 hourshrs5 minutesmins
Ingredients
1cupfresh strawberries, sliced
1ripe banana
1¼cups2% Greek yogurt
½cupalmond milk
1teaspoonvanilla extract
2tablespoonsmaple syrup
1tablespoonnut butter, optional
Instructions
Add the strawberries, banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, vanilla, maple syrup, and optional nut butter (if using) to a high-speed blender. Blend until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container. Tap gently on the counter to release any air bubbles, then secure the lid and freeze on a level surface for at least 12 hours, or until fully solid.
Remove the pint from the freezer, take off the lid, and place it into the Ninja Creami. Process using the Lite Ice Cream setting.
If the center looks crumbly or powdery after the first spin, add 1–2 tablespoons almond milk directly into the pint and hit Re-Spin. This usually transforms the texture into ultra-creamy perfection.
Scoop and enjoy right away, or smooth the top, replace the lid, and refreeze for later.
