This “breakfast milkshake” will help you get a smoothie-r (haha!) start to your day. Filled with creamy goodness, it feels indulgent and comes along with a whole lot of nutrition.

Ingredients
 

  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ banana, sliced and frozen
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon honey, optional

Instructions
 

  • Add oats and almond milk to a small container and soak overnight in the refrigerator.
  • In the morning, add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
