It’s spicy and savory and hits all the right notes— the ingredients just sing when mixed together. You can use it as a dip for crudité, chicken tenders, or spread on sandwiches and wraps. The possibilities are endless… and endlessly delicious.

This recipe makes 5 Tablespoons
Ingredients:
  • • 2 Tablespoons peanut butter*
  • • 1 ½ teaspoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • • 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce, or more to taste
  • • 1 ½ teaspoons lime juice or unseasoned rice vinegar
  • • 1 teaspoon grated peeled fresh ginger root
  • • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • • 1 to 2 teaspoons roasted chopped peanuts, optional**
  • • 1 to 2 teaspoons honey, optional

 

  • *You can swap in tahini or almond butter
  • **You can swap in sesame seeds or toasted chopped almonds
Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl with a tablespoon of hot water. If your sauce is too thick add more hot water until it reaches your desired consistency

RECIPE NOTE: For a higher protein sauce, swap the traditional peanut butter for 7 ½ tablespoons peanut powder.
