Ketchup is truly a wonder condiment—and a little goes a long way on burgers, eggs, and French fries. I’m always trying to doctor it up to pack in more flavor and fun. In this version, I raise the heat by adding some sriracha (because sriracha goes great on just about everything, am I right?).

This recipe makes about ½ cup (8 tablespoons)
Ingredients:
  • • ¼ cup low-fat mayonnaise 
  • • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • • 2 tablespoons sriracha
Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl until smooth.

A serving is 1 tablespoon.
