This recipe makes 2 Servings
  • 1 cup cherry (or grape) tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
  • 1 celery stalk, sliced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • pinch Kosher salt
  • pinch cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Add all ingredients to a blender and puree until a juice-like consistency is achieved.

Makes approximately 24 ounces; 12 ounces per serving

Note: You may need to adjust water amounts to acheive desired consistency.
