A snickerdoodle cookie transformed into a delish holiday beverage. This luxurious, vanilla-and-cinnamon-spiked milk offers all the flavors you crave in a cozy, heartwarming sip. I typically use oat milk in this recipe, however, any other preferred milk will work wonderfully.

This recipe makes 2 servings
Ingredients:
  • • 2 cups oat milk*
  • • 4 pitted dates
  • • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

* You can use any preferred milk of choice.

Preparation:

Add all ingredients to a blender and, and purée until smooth and creamy. Transfer to a saucepan and warm on the stove over medium heat until the mixture is gently simmering. Alternatively, you can pour the mixture straight into mugs and heat in the microwave (will take a minute or so.)

Serve with an extra sprinkle of cinnamon and enjoy!
