This recipe makes 1 serving
Ingredients:
  • 1 ½ cups sliced strawberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup sliced mango, fresh or frozen
  • loose handful of spinach leaves
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • ¾ cup skim milk (or any preferred milk)
  • 3 to 5 ice cubes
Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in blender, and puree until smooth and frothy.
