This recipe makes 1 serving
- 1 ½ cups sliced strawberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 cup sliced mango, fresh or frozen
- loose handful of spinach leaves
- 1 to 2 teaspoons chia seeds
- ¾ cup skim milk (or any preferred milk)
- 3 to 5 ice cubes
Combine all ingredients in blender, and puree until smooth and frothy.
