It’s  fruity, refreshing, and packed with important nutrients, like vitamin C, beta-carotene and omega-3 fats, that may help your skin look…skin-sational.

Ingredients
 

  • 1 ½ cups sliced strawberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup sliced mango, fresh or frozen
  • loose handful of spinach leaves
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • ¾ cup skim milk, or any preferred milk
  • 3 to 5 ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in blender, and puree until smooth and frothy.
