Sesame–Lime Vinaigrette
You know how much I love a flavorful dressing that can tie an entire bowl or salad together — and this one has been on repeat in my kitchen. It’s tangy, savory, a little nutty from the sesame oil, and just the right amount of zing from lime.

I whip this up in under 2 minutes and keep it in a mason jar for drizzling all week long. You can drizzle it over bowls, salads, grain dishes, or use as a marinade. It’s also delicious over roasted veggies or even as a dipping sauce for dumplings.
If you’re into versatile homemade dressings, don’t miss my Spicy Cashew Dressing, Lemon Vinaigrette, and Carrot-Ginger Dressing—each one has its own personality and can totally transform your meals.
